No, please do not flush any medications. The FDA guidelines for proper disposal state that they should be mixed with some undesirable substance, such as used cat litter or wet coffee grounds, placed into a sealed container and then disposed of in your usual garbage. Alternatively, you can also take them to any pharmacy and they will dispose of them for you.
This tablet is listed as being a 60mg controlled release Morphine tablet. The FDA classifies this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
