I can't figure out what this is. I remember getting it. I think it was for my insomnia.

This tablet is manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 2mgs of Estradiol, which is an Estrogen hormone that's used to treat the hormonal imbalances and menopausal symptoms.
