I didn't find any problems or interactions listed between Losartan and magnesium, but it's always best to double check to be sure.
The U.S. FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and diarrhea.
However, in many cases, leg cramps are caused by low potassium levels, which can be a result of the extra fluid loss from taking Losartan, thus, it would be best to speak to your doctor so they can check your levels and discover the actual cause and proper treatment.
