I've been taking sleepasil for quite a while now and have been experiencing several possible side effects that may contributed by the drug. My major concern is what is in the drug. Yes it is BFAD approved but i cannot find its make up. Thanks.

Guys, I've been using this supplement too and it's okay. Don't take it everyday. LOL Probably you can take this for 3 to 4 days. To set your body clock then stop using it once you got your sleeping pattern. I'm a Psychiatrist and not a Physician but I highly advised, to not over used it.

Nung 2nd night na ako uminom ng sleepasil parang akung lasing ngunit hndi naman ako nktulog. but on the other day nkatulog ako.

Ngayon palang ako bibili ng sleepasil dahil 2 days na ko hindi maka tulog. Dahil may prob ako. Sana makatulog ako dahil kahit among pikit ko wala pa din.

Been using it before noong nagwowork pa ako. after an hour of taking it talagang aantokin ka himbing ang tulog ko noon...the only side effect na napapansin ko was that when i woke up in the morning parang Hapong hapo ako mabigat sa balikat at parang pagod katawan ko kaya tinatamad tuloy ako bumangon..weird knowing na nakakatulog naman ako ng maayos pero bakit ang bigat sa katawan pagka gising...and it always happened kaya itinigil ko na..

Is this really effective?.. I have trouble sleeping at night.. Sometimes I can go about at least 24-48 hours without sleep.. I bought few capsules and this is the first time I'll take the supplement... Wish me luck people.. hoping there are no side effects for me 'cuz this will be the only time I'll be trying this.. if this doesn't work for me. Don't know what I'll do..???
