I've been taking sleepasil for quite a while now and have been experiencing several possible side effects that may contributed by the drug. My major concern is what is in the drug. Yes it is BFAD approved but i cannot find its make up. Thanks.

Sleepasil is a big help to me. I am working graveyard and having hard time to sleep during daytime that is why I decided to take sleepasil and it worked without any bad side effect...

I used sleepasil for a months now and it is very effective..
I can have a relax sleep for 8 hours since i'm working at night.

My advice is to have a full stomach before taking this.
I'm very thankful to this.

12pesos lang, medjo naranasan ko din yung mga side effects na naka post dito. although may skin allergies na talaga ako prior to taking the medicine. i experienced lbm, headache and pruritus(itchiness) pero effective sya, i took it once, and i slept for about 10hrs, and after my night shift that day, kinabukasan, 10 hrs ulit tulog kahit di ako uminom.kaso nung 3rd day nahirapan na ako matulog.

after reading all these comments? i dont think im gonna take this. I actually want to try this at first since im working at night and I cant actually sleep well during day time.

i took 2 capsules of sleepasil last night, i don't know if 2 is an over dosage but from midnight til morning i wasn't able to sleep because of unbearable stomach pain as if my whole body was chilling and decided to go to the hospital but when pain subsided after in and out of the comfort room because of LBM i just stayed home, I've read some comments about taking sleepasil and with the same LBM issues you think it's still a coincidence? I think the best precaution and to be careful is not to take sleepasil anymore.

I tried it yestarday, i didn't get enough sleep & i got LBM. I won't take it anymore.

Like any medication, drug or herbal, in moderation can have good effects. In excessive doses can have some side effects ranging from drowsiness, dizziness, eye-sight problems, skin problems, digestive and so on.

It is not a 'Cure-All' so don't expect a sleep enhancer to be effective for depression or emotional problems.

If you are a Call Center agent using this occasionally can be okay, however, it's best not to rely on this or anything like this.

Suggestion: Check your diet for excessive caffeine, sugar or carbohydrates. Drink lots of water. Moderate exercising can help sleep, so after your shift, go for a walk. If you smoke only do so 2-3 hours before going to sleep as nicotine is a strong stimulant.

After taking one that night, the next days i get so f***ing ITCHY. Then next week i take Sleepwell another sleeping pill, i get more ITCHY. worse case scenario it cant control it from scratching. Im never gonna take this again :<

True , I am a tru loyal user and the side effect is with the user do not take drugs if it wont fit/suit your needs and health condition... To the users will keep posted for new details if needed

If it's a high enough dosage of melatonin, this can cause headaches. Some people also have reactions to valerian, usually involving a headache and/or stomach cramps.

Right. LBM and headaches are closely associated with sleep deprived individuals. Thus, that can't be really said that it is a side effect of Sleepasil. I've tried taking sleepasil since 2008 and i yet couldn't see any side effects so far.

I agree with Paul 100%. We can't blame a product and its maker because we didn't read the label or check their website at the onset.

All that we take in will definitely affect our bodies. It just became our responsibility. Supplements, Sleepasil included, do not promise any cure to ailments. Just help for anything we particularly need. In this case, Sleepasil works in helping us sleep.

Side effects are due to negligence by the user of the products. Thus, if we are using consumer goods, read the label and check if it has something that might affect your condition. Milk that is so essential, for example, affect lactose intolerant people.

Moreover, if you have some sickness such as eczema, psoriasis or others have them treated by medical professional first. As for the LBM, you might have eaten something that affect your system adversely, watch what you eat.
