Sleep Loss Due To Taking Liquid Morphine Since December 2015

I have been taking liquid morphine every four hours since december 2015 for severe sciatia. I had a spinal operation 4 weeks ago, which was a complete success. However now I cannot sleep without taking zimovane. Everything else is functioning well. Morphine is still present in my body. I drink water constantly. Is there any other solution to rid the morphine?

I'm sorry, I'm not sure if I understand you. Are you still taking the Morphine, or not?

If not, there is no way it would still be present in your body and having an active effect weeks after stopping it. It usually only takes a short period of time for it to be eliminated, as reported by the NIH.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of Zimovane as possibly including dizziness, drowsiness, hallucinations and next day hang-over like effects.
