my brother 10 yrs. old was suffering from high fever and dr. gave taxim o 200 for week twice daily.and from the 3rd days skin rashes have been seen huge..what will give him?

This is an antibiotic and a skin rash can be a normal side effect, according to the NIH, he may also experience nausea, dizziness, headache, and diarrhea.

Has there been any change? Is he also experiencing hives, or just the rash?
