Sizodon Forte contains 4mgs of Risperidone and 2mgs of Trihexyphenidyl, this is primarily used as an antipsychotic.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, weight gain and somnolence.

You can safely break any tablet, unless it is time released or you have been specifically instructed not to do so by your doctor or pharmacist.
