Is there a pink oblong pill that could be simvistatin? I've always gotten a little brown pill from the pharmacy. Yesterday I got a pink oblong pill. Can somebody out there help me?

I have been taking simvistatin for a few years. I have a real problem with muscle cramping in my feet, legs, ribs , back and even throat from time to time. I seem to cramp very easily if my muscles are aggravated in any way. Is this a normal side effect?

Pill imprint RDY 200 has been identified as Simvastatin (40 mg). It is a round brown pill, however I have seen a red/pink oval (40 mg) Simvastatin with the imprint LL C04. Is that the pill you are inquiring about?
