Updateddoes coQ10 help with the itching?

Because itching is listed as a "serious" side effect of Simvastatin on government webpages, it is recommend that you contact your doctor immediately as opposed to using other means of controlling the itching.

It could be due to a serious allergic reaction; in which case you'd essentially have to stop taking what's causing the reaction in the first place before noticing any results.
NOTE: The MayoClinic also states that Coenzyme Q10 may cause rashes and itching of the skin in some people taking the supplement. That said, it's possible that this may not even be a good option after all.
I hope this info helps to answer your question!
