Simethicone Overdose

is this possible? I have read other forums where people said it isn't so much a problem of how much a person takes, but rather, why you are taking so much. any feedback much appreciated. thanks!

Simethicone is used to treat the symptoms of gas such as uncomfortable or painful pressure, fullness, and bloating. Judging from the drugs indications, I don't think anyone would have a reason to go overboard on taking too much. I mean, once the gas and bloating subsides, there is really no reason to take more than you need.

Side effect information I found states the following:
When taken as directed, simethicone usually has no side effects.

Furthermore, one can learn overtime how to prevent gas and bloating by sticking to eating foods that don't give them an upset stomach. Nearly all fruits and vegetables are easy on the digestive tract (due to their high levels of enzymes) and won't cause the same digestive issues that cooked food causes (bloating, gas, constipation, etc). My point being, if one monitors what they put into their body, they shouldn't even need this medication in the first place.
