Simethicone 125mg

can i give my 11 yr old daughter 125mg she is complaining of gas and stomach pains, belchilg and passing gas continioully?

The usual dose for children is 40mgs given 4 times a day, so it would be best to pick up the pediatric version, to avoid overdose, and make sure that's it okay with her pediatrician.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly include dizziness and headache.

What type of foods does she eat? According to the NIH, they may be what's causing the problem. It could also occur if she drinks a lot of soda.

Gulping her food, or beverages can also cause someone to swallow a lot of air, which could cause this, so she may need to eat and drink slower.
