I am a male 23 yrs old.I had pain on my head(frontal sinus) so went to doctor.My doctor prescribed me this tablet. I wanna know the side effects and benefits of this drug manufactured by Lupin Lts

Signoflam contains 100mgs of Aceclofenac, 500mgs of Paracetamol/Acetaminophen and 15mgs of Serratiopeptidase.

This is a combination of medications used to treat pain and swelling.

Common side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation.
