I notice this at night . Only been on med for a week but read that these side affects are dangerous. Now afraid to continue pain control with these pills. I was wondering if this is because I take zoloft at nite with the pain med? The pain can get severe so dont know what to take anymore.

I think it would be best to consult your doctor, because yes, those could be danger signs, and you might need to switch to a different medication.
The FDA lists the typical opiate side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.
