Side Effects When Take Together Phentermine And Warfarin

Can phentermine and warfarin be taken together. I'm taking warfarin because of bilateral knee replacements 5 wks ago. I want to start phentermine again and get the last of the weight off. my diet dr says its ok.

I didn't find any problems or interactions listed between these two medications, so as long as your doctor also approves, it should be okay.

The FDA classifies Phentermine as a stimulant, so it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability and anorexia.

Warfarin may cause side effects, such as nausea, headache, increased risk of bleeding and easy bruising.
