Side Effects-swollen Ankle

I started taking Reparil Dregees for a sore knee caused by walking on very hard surfaces at a new work place. I have taken three doses and I am experiencing swollen ankle for the leg that is sore. I have also been wearing an ace bandage around the knee for support. Is the swelling a reaction to reparil? I am also taking Glucosamine.

my left foot has been swollen for 3 days.first it was slightly swollen but aftr the treatment from the therapist with ultra sound tretment & massage it become more swollen. It's painful when I put my foot down on tne floor. I'm still taking my glucosamine.
