Side Effects Predmet 8 Mg

Age 65 yrs.; Female. Complaint: Osteoporosis. Continuously on pain relievers for a few years. No relief. Recently on Dr.'s prescription for Predmet 8mg - 3 times a day for 5 days with good relief. But how long I can continue this? And what are the side effects? Request kind clarification

Predmet contains the steroid Prednisone, it is used to help treat inflammation and swelling.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, weight gain and insomnia.

How long ti can be continued is something you will have to discuss with your doctor, bearing in mind the side effects and complications it can cause.
