Side Effects Of Topamac 25

I started forgetting many thing after having topamac 25 mg, amitryn 25mg an naxdom 500mg for migraine. is this due to this medicine or something else?

It is most likely due to the Topamax, seizure medications are well known to cause memory impairment, along with mood swings, dizziness and drowsiness.

Leaving yourself notes to remember things might help.
