Side Effects Of Sartel 40 Mg Tablet

I am 81yr old and suffering from high blood pressure I am not dabetic ,no artery blockage.Iwas taking nebicard5mg in the morning and minipres xl 5mg inevening from last 18months these days my B P remains high in the range of 200/100 Dr added sartel40 in morning but there is no decrease ln my BP I also take atchol ASP at bed time

After applying stent my Dr advised me to take sartel 40, ecosprin 70, novastate 10 and clavix. BP measuring is generally 135/85. Is it correct ?
