is taking the pill form 5mg piolcarpine, 4 times a day the same as taking it by injection?

To my understanding, the answer to your question is no. Differences in the interval timing of your dosing as well as the absorption rate and how it's metabolized, would all likely be enough to render a different reaction to each form of administration.

Additionally, different binders and fillers that are be present in the tablets may not necessarily be there in the form of an injection. Inactive ingredients in the tablet, the tablet's film coating, and polishing are: carnauba wax, hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, titanium dioxide and more...

I'm not sure what other ingredients might be found in the injection vs the tablet, but I can be sure that they are different (since there is no coating in a syringe) and therefore bring about a different bioavailability.
