Side Effects Of Rowatinex When Not Eating Rice

Hi, I'm jen, I take rowatinex for one month, but I didnt eat rice sometimes when I take rowatinex and I just eat bread in the morning. Is there any side effects on that cos this fast few days I'm not feel good.
