Due to osteoarthritis in my two knees I have been taking daily two tabs since two months back. Let me know whether I will continue the same further and whether any side effect or how many days I will continue this tabs.

Hello mr Kiran if it helping u relieve pain and improved mobility do continue. Studies show it can taken for a period of 5 years with no side effects
