I am 58 & having proper erection, but it is not so hard. Without tablet I loose the erection immediately after the discharge, which is not good. With the tablet I am able to retain the erection, which is good for both. Is weekly use of tablet harmfull, as I take 5mg blood pressure medicine (amlor)? Are there serious side effects, in the longer run?
Please advise!

There is no serious side effect. Always use fruits like banan, apple, mango, or some juicy fruit half an hour before which will give u much strength. try to use once a week this medicine . always use a healthy diet. it wll keep u strong for ever
