I have been using oralcon f for a long time about two years. Then I had stopped for about three months. I started taking them back on my first day of my menstrual cycle again. But when it should have ended I realized that I was still spotting and it had a bad oder. I had only used 11 from the pack. I discontinued them for three days now, but the spotting it still present with a dark n bad odor. Help me please.

Given the odor, it seems you may have a bacterial infection, and if that is the case, you will need an antibiotic to clear it up. Have you consulted your doctor?
The FDA lists the typical antbiotic side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea.
