Side Effects Of Metolar 25

I am taking metolar 25 twice a day for the last 26 years. I am 71 now. I would like to know the possible side effects so that I can inform my doctor who keeps on telling me not to stop it.

If you have high blood pressure or a cardiac condition, you should keep taking it, as directed by your doctor. Letting such conditions continue out of control my result in possibly fatal conditions.

The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and hypotension.

What are your particular concerns about taking it?
