Side Effects Of Methadone Detox After 12 Years

I have been on the methadone program for 12 years on 80 to 90 mil a day. Suddenly the doctor who is on charge has decided to cut me out completely just because I am taking 30mil Co-codamol for my neck and sometimes when i cannot sleep i take 20mil temazepam sleeping tablets, now already cut 20mil I am going through extra nigthmares, my nerves are making me unstable and i dont know what is going to happen to me. I need someone to help me in this matter very urgently. Thank you.

Hi my name is Bailey I have a bad back will have to have surgery soon I have been on methadone now for 7 years and now the Doctor am using now informed me he would write my script for them this month but next mont when I come in it will be changed to opana am afraid of change and how it will effect me ? Will I hurt from not having my methadone will it help me enough that I wasn't notice the change? Or shall I find another doctor that will write me methadone?please help me decide what do.
