Yesterday I went out to lunch with a friend and I had a margarita, not thinking I took a Hydrocodone-acetaminophen in the morning. In the middle of the afternoon, I started to have nausea and threw up a couple of time. I started having bouts of diahrea. This morning my stomach feels better but I still have diahrea!. Whay should I do?

Hello, Bernadette! How are you feeling?
The nausea would be a normal thing, since combining a narcotic with alcohol can cause worsening of the side effects.
However, the diarrhea is not and is most likely due to something you ate. Has it cleared up?
This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
