Is there any side effect of long term use of GlynaseMF for diabetics?

I want know the side effect of long term use of Glynase MF. I am aged 47 years and using this tablet since last 3 years and an average of one tablet before dinner. I am also taking Ateniz-25 for High Blood Pressure on morning and almost with empty stomach. Body is paining. Whther the side effect of above two tablets? please reply.
