Side Effects Of Gluconorm Sr 1g

Last year I started taking gluconorm sr 1 mg and gluconorm g2. Now my sugar level is normal. Should I continue the medicine or change to something else with the advice of my doctor?

I am taking gluconorm Sr 1g and within two days my sugar fasting level was 108 and my sugar glucose fasting level was 178 and my total cholesterol was 178, ldl 109, triglyceride 275, liver enzyme 178, hdl 20 and I am taking liprose 10mg after meals and gluconorm Sr 1g after meals. Is this the right medicine for me?
