My boyfriend has been taking flexim plus for his back but now he's experiencing a burning sensation in his chest. Is this a side effect?

Can you post back and describe the burning sensation in more detail?

There is a chance of this medication cause acid reflux, according to NIH reports, and that could result in such a sensation. Other side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth.

Is he on any other medications?
