Side Effects Of Ecosprin Av 75 20

I have been consuming ECOSPRIN AV 75/20 about last three months against prescription. For last few days, while siting on chair for an hour or two I feel that both of my feet bottom are having slight swelling. I want to know is it because of this tablet.

My age is 66 and 85 kg wt.
