Side Effects Of Drug Ecosprin

I am continiously taking Ecosprine 75 for last 4 years. I would like to know what are the bad side effects of this medicin

My research suggests that Ecosprin is a brand name for the drug Aspirin, manufactured in India.

Long term use of Aspirin may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding, especially when combined with other NSAID medications.
