No, it is best not to drink alcohol, when taking any prescription medication, because it can worsen the side effects, so you may experience more nausea, dizziness and drowsiness than usual, as explained by the U.S. FDA. Thus one drink might affect you as if you've had 2 and so on.

However, if your doctor approves of your imbibing, then please make sure that you will not be driving, or operating any dangerous machinery.
