Pinainom ko rin ng cherifer un baby ko since 1 month old. Shes tall and has strong bones. She just turned 4y/o last month pero muka na syang 6. I guess u have to check with ur pedia baka kulang sya sa calcium or any other vitamins or minerals.

Keep taking Cherifer! Cherifer has nothing to do with your pimples. You are 16 years old and it is normal for your age to have an acne/pimple breakout. It's a hormonal change that's why you get pimples. It will stop once the hormonal change gets settled.

I started taking cherifer pgm w/out zinc for 1 month and i still don't see any difference in my height then nalaman ko ngaun na may isa pa palang cherifer ung with zinc, un daw effective... pero dun isa after 1 month na pagtetake ko ang mga side effects na nakikita ko ay 1st: ung binti ko sumasakit agad konteng walk lng ang sakit sakit na kya kpg nagjojogging ako mga 10- 20 mins lng aq naglalast then after jogging ang sakit sakit ng binti ko kya gus2 kong ma2log o magpahinga...2nd: mga more than 3x in week sumasakit tiyan ko 3rd. tumataba ako na gusto ko kc nga sobrang payat ko dati... 4th: laging sumasakit ulo ko na lagi gus2 ko ma2log or magpahinga... pero sa research ko after 4-6 months dw pagtetake dun d mkikita results so i have my hopes up.. then in my opinion take cherifer in night kc dun d mo magagamit ung vitamins in energy magagamit mo un sa pag sleep mo so ttngkad ka ska based on my research sa gabi daw mas mataas ang growth hormones mo or when you are sleeping..ska lagi kaung mag stretching and jogging ot pagtakbo kc dun sa mga iyun nababanat buto cya ska magkakaruon ng microfractures sa mga buto nyo kya magreregen ulit ng bgong buto in weeks kya tatangkad tlga kau kc napapalitan ung mga maliliit na buto nyu then eat high protein foods best ko eat at least 1 egg everyday kc ung egg whites rich in protein then ung pula rich in calorie need nyu ren un for building muscles un lang sana maka2long ang observation ko then magpopost ulit ako after i see results in my height...

Some people do get pimples with vitamin supplements. Reaction to the B-Complex. The reason behind it? Don't know. I wonder why.

i think the those side effect you are talking about (gaining weight, being hungry all the time, visible pimples etc.) are just part of adolescence period...

im not a doctor, a pro-Cherifer or something but i think that is mainly the reason

ako po ay 17years old na 5'5 ang height ko nagtatake ako ng cherifer 1 week pa lang hindi para makagain ng height kundi weight yun kasi ang iniriseta sakin ng doctor e payat kasi ako 48 kilos lang, tataba kaya ako?

GUYS! IT WORKS! Tatay ko 5'6 then mommy ko 5' 16 ako noon 5'4 Umiinom na ako fresh milk non, hindi dahil gusto ko tumangkad masarap lang tlga. Hahaha, then nung nag ka gf ako. Ta's nag prom kami halos kasing tangkad ko lang siya nung nag heels siya! Then putek nag hanap ako ng paraan para tumangkad. Ta's payatot pa ako nun, so sinabay ko! Gym at cherifer. Sabi pa nga nila baka di ako lumaki sa pag gym ko. Pero hindi! 6'5 na ako ngayon! Hahaha. This is my trick:

Morning - 3 banana, 1 glass milk. enervon. Then GYM
Afternoon - 3 eggs (Boiled) 2 bananas Then fish fillet with rice, then 1 egg again. (before school)
Night - 2 eggs (Cherifer) Then milk.

I sleep 12 hours no computer! Hindi na ako nag aadik! Sa school ako nag kaka problema sa pagkain, kasi mga baboy tinda depota. So nag babaon ako Breast part then thigh <3. Mabilis metabolism ko kaya hindi ako tumataba pero maganda katawan ko mabigat pa. 65kilos ako ngayon. Guys tandaan nyo! Sa pag kain pa din kayo tatangkad so make sure eat banana!
Hahaha. Goodluck sa inyo guys. Wala din akong napapansin na side effects, wala akong tigyawat malinis mukha ko at kahit sa likod. Tulog ng sobra kain ng tama, at pag bubuhat naging solution ko. Kahit pandak tlga kami. Kahit mga lolo't lola ko pandak eh.

it works. dapat mo lang sabayan ng exercise . at tulog. kasi malakas magpataba yang cherifer. i'm a male , 17 yrs old 5'11, kaka 17 ko lng nun nung nagtake ako nyan and i was only 5'9 now 4 months later 5'11 na ko . you just need some time for the results to kick in. bsta tuloy lng ung exercise at tulog na 8-10 hrs. 4-6 months bgo mo makkta ang results. iguess pag nag take ka nyan ng isang taon, if you're lucky, i guess you'll gain 2-5 more inches . ^_^ hope that helps.

as anyone doctor says your nararamdaman or side effects may not be true..vitamins are just a help to avoid sickness but it has no approved therapeautic claims..it can help but it cant cure..and any side effects is associated with the food you eat..wala pong nakakapagpataba na vitamins..and kung ngiinsist kau na nagugutom kayo its the effectivity of vitamins pero kung tama ang diet esp.fruits and veggies hindi din kau tataba..and anything ngkapimples it is associated with hygene din exercise or the foods you eat and how much time you take your sleep or stress..

I am male age 20years old 164cm tall where my father stand 164cm and mom 148cm .I have taking cherifer 10-22 capsule since 6months at night . I had gain a weight but can't grow a cm height . What to do I have no idea . I quite taking these supplement or can grow my height . Plz help me sir.....!!!!

Nka depende tlga yan sa tao, then nka depende dn if you're a boy or a girl. Usually kc mga bbae bibilis tangkad nla pg grade 5 tas hihina na ung pg tangkad nla mga hs, mag stop ung growth nla pg 18 tas da boys nman bibilis tangkad nla mga highschool and mag sstop mga 21 sla. Pro nka depende pa rin. Depende sa life style mo. I'm 5'10 female pansin ko nag stop growth ko when I was 15..
