You better get your facts straight. Kung di maganda sa bata ang Cherifer, my baby should've been put to risk. Her pediatrician (a doctor from St. Luke's Hosp) RX is Cherifer. You're still a student. You need to have more researching to do. There are other aspects to consider for a child's health.

safe po ba i take ang cherifer with other multivitamins? Umiinom po kase ko ngayon ng Propan with Iron ones every 2days. balak ko is alternate ko silang iinumin. Thanks.

My brother was really skinny and thin growing up. He only chose what he would eat depending on what he liked, and my parents hated that. He was 10 when my parents gave him cherifer as vitamins... he stopped a year later for we noticed nothing has changed. The effect came after he quit. His appetite changed... he gained weight and grew taller. My family's average male height is 5'6... my brother, now at 17, is 5'11 tall and is still growing. About his weight, it was remedied by exercise and his diligent attendance to our local gym.

I been taking cherifer capsule.. My first was in my high school days okay lang siya peru when i take again it in my colleges time i feel parang ang bigat ng dibdib ku so i try to stop but take it sometimes... Pwede ku pa bang ipagpatuloy to??or should i stop taking it..hindi ku alam kung tataas aku kasi i feel na mayroong side effect cya... Im only 4'11 kahit colleges nah aku.. :( can give us an advise???

i guess it's not cherifer but the food you have been eating. more carbs, oil and sugar causes such. :)

I have to kids, my son is 12yrs old he's 5'8, and my daughter 10 she's 5'1, cherifer ang vits nla kht nong bata pa and until now cherifer pgm ang take nla. Im only 5'1 and my husband 5'7, so for me d best ang cherifer

Uminom po ako ng Cherifer nung bata pa po ako. Opo tumangkad po ako. Ngunit ang napansin ko lng po ay tumaas ang baba ko. Seryoso po. Cguro po nangyayari ito sa lhat ng gumagamit ng Cherifer kc po ang napapansin ko sa mga ads nila ang mga endorser puro matataas ang baba. Kya po tumigil po ako. Tapos ang ate ko at pinsan ko uminom ng Cherifer ganun dn po mga matataas ang baba.
