Ako po eh 16 yrs old. planning to take cherifer PGM.. ang heigth ko po eh 5'9 i think. gagana po kaya ito sken with in 1 month? pra po kseng normal ung n aaditional n 3cm sa mga n babasa ko. prang hindi po ata effective kse prang un po ang na dadag dag sken after a yr a think. EFFECTIVE po b?

yes tama ka nga!!!!ang OA kasinla!!nagcherife nga pero with junkfoods,softdrinks!!kaya walang epekto!!!hindi nag e exercise!!!!

talaga may side effect ang gatas?? saan mo namn nabasa yan palink nga?? as far as i know mabuti yan para magbuild ang bones mo.

Sobrang effective ng cherifer ginamit ko lng ito ng 11 days and i was 17 yrs old at 4'8 ang height ko pero ngaun 4'11 na 3 inches ang nadagdag at irerecommend ko din na matulog ng walang unan para yung backbone natin hnd mag curve dahil sa mataas na unan.

hi, im 20 yrs old. 10 days na po ako nainom ng cherifer at napapansin ko na parang nakilo ang tuhod ko. isa po ba ito sa mga side effect ng cherifer?

Please help me po. I'm 17 years old going to 18. My height is only 5 ft. huhuhu. my dream is to be a flight attendant so i have to gain height talaga. Sa tingin niyo po Cherifer will help me??? ayoko sana tumaba ,kaso majority ng nagsasabi tumataba daw sila. Dati kasi mejo chubby ako and for 2 months i did yoga just to keep fit ayun payat na ko kaya sana ayokong masayang yung effort ko na yun. BUT I WANT TO GAIN HEIGHT PLEASE HELP ME :( i' m a girl btw

It's been two years since i had been taking cherifer, little by little i gained height. Before I was 5'4 now I am 5'6 lol sometimes I am losing hope but I guess its the only hope , I am already 19 yrs old, and if I lessen the food i take for if I will eat much I will be chubby instead of gaining height, but someone had recommend me GLOXI they say it is very effective but i never tried it for it is too expensive! 2-3k

@RLMA yung anak ko po 3yrs. & 4 mos. old na. ngtetake po cya ngaun ng CeeZinc and Ferlin.balak ko po snang palitan ang Ferlin ng Cherrifer forte.pwede ko po kayang pagsabaying ipainom ang CeeZinc at Cherrifer forte?npansin ko rin po na mula po ng mag Nido 3+ cya ay hindi po ngbabago ang timbang nya.20 kilos po ang timbang nya.dahil po kaya s gatas ang mbagal nyang pagdagdag ng timbang?slamat po.

Talaga may side effect??? Kc ako 2 years na umiinum naggain lng ako ng 2 inches! kainis nga, nakakadown talaga. But i keep on taking it no choice kc gusto ko talaga tumangkad, I am a boy and Im 19

Cherifer is a supplement that is needed to our body. Hindi dapat kayo mabahala. Kung nagtetake kayo ng cherifer dapat suportahin niyo po ito ng tama na pagtutulog 8-10 hours at proper diet ito talaga ang pinaka epektibo upang tumangkad ang tao. There's many ways to have grow chance.

Nasa adolescent stage ka, 12 ka nung nagtake tapos ngayon 15 kana.. remember during that span of years your body produces growth hormone and other hormone like androgen which is responsible for ur growth and development... expect that ur height will be increases, because in adolescent thats the best time wherein the secondary sex characteristics begin...

Your pimples is just a normal response of ur body, not because of the cherifer that u take.. expect more many changes in ur physical body..

Secondary sex characteristics usually begins at the age of 12-20 it even extend till 22..

tanga, sana kinuha m rin ung transition ng growth ng mga kids mo, natural mabilis ang growth ng mga kids from 5y/o to 12 depende sa food that they take.. yung sayo malamang psychological yan..

Watch out your words man!!!!!! may tinatawag na growth and developmemt, what am i trying to say is that, at that age ur body is abundant with growth hormone which is necessary for the growth and development of an individual. Not only growth hormone that is high or abundant at that stage of life, for males, there are more androgen than estrogen,which is responsible for their 2nd sex characteristics while in females, there are more estrogen than androgen which is again responsible for thier 2nd sex.characteristics.
