I was a kid when my mom started me to drink cherifer. It was good, according to my mom. I am the tallest among our cousins and I stopped it a long time ago, now they are taller than me! And I was like I want to become tall. So I took it again. Takte magtatagalog na nga ako puta mali mali naman ata grammar ko letche. So ayon na ngaaaa. Uminom ako ulit tapos ilang minutes ang lilipas parang biglang nakulo yung tyan ko tas nauutot ako. Tapos maya maya mawawala. Takte bat ganon?

I'm 23 years old and I'll take cherifer premium in the last 4months , I gained at least 1inch, is it too long for the progress of height increase , my height is now 5.3 1/2. Last is 5.2 1/2

Pinainom ko ang dalawa kung anak ng cherifer pgm 10-22 age ng mga anak ko is 13 and 11 years old. Peru pareho po silang dalawa na pagkatapos po makainom ng cherifer ay sumasakit po ng tiyan nila..dapat ko pa po bang ipagpatulog ang pagpapa inom sa kanila ng cherifer pgm o Hindi na?

actually if you shrunk the possible cause is your age what i know (actually im a nursing-aid graduate)Girls reach their full height when they are about 18 years old, but boys keep growing taller for a few more years.
There are two periods in your life when you grow very rapidly. The first period began right after you were born and lasted until you were about six months old. The second period occurs when you reach your early teens. Girls grow faster than boys until they become teen-agers, then boys catch up and grow faster and stronger.
Your head stops growing earlier than the rest of you. When you were a newborn baby, you looked as if you were almost all head. By the time you were 10, your head was nearly full size.
The bones of your arms and legs were short when you were a baby. When you reached the age of 9, your bones started to grow rapidly and will keep growing until you reach your full height.Remember if your a female you will stop growing at age 18 because the epepisial plate (sorry for the wrong spelling) which give you chance to became tall-closes.i advice if you want to look tall reduce weight (it will make you look taller but it does not mean you gain height).

Thats not the cherifer working. It's your gradfather's genes. Like you said he is well over 6feet thats probably why your growing as much as you are. That isn't cherifer its just the genes

ito po kc yan, kapag mag te-take po kayo ng cherifer for teens, dapat po sa umaga at dapat mag stretching po kayo and if may time po kayo mag jogging if gusto niyo po talaga tumangkad... kaya po tumataba ung mga iba kc food suppliment po yan, kapag wala kayo masyado ginagawa na nakakapag papawis, tataba po talaga kayo... maganda po ang cherifer sa mga gusto tumaba at lumaki ang katawan gaya ko, 16 now at 48kg at 5,6'' ... advice lang po, pag sa mga gusto talaga tumangkad, mag stretching po kayo every morning after taking cherifer, reach for the sky or ceiling as much as you can.

tama ka nga kc ako almost a year na din umiinum and nung time na nagsstretching ako tuwing umaga, napansin ko na tumangkad ako 1.5 inch, may tanung lng po aq. ilng taon o months ka na nagiinum ng cherifer? kac ako umiinum paggabi sabi din dito sa nakapost doctor daw kc tatay nya. so i used to drink at night ikaw po?

yes tama ka nga!!!!ang OA kasinla!!nagcherife nga pero with junkfoods,softdrinks!!kaya walang epekto!!!hindi nag e exercise!!!!

Watch out your words man!!!!!! may tinatawag na growth and developmemt, what am i trying to say is that, at that age ur body is abundant with growth hormone which is necessary for the growth and development of an individual. Not only growth hormone that is high or abundant at that stage of life, for males, there are more androgen than estrogen,which is responsible for their 2nd sex characteristics while in females, there are more estrogen than androgen which is again responsible for thier 2nd sex.characteristics.
