I'm 16 years old and sadly 5'' ft flat.. :(
Dahil po sa height ko di ako makasali sa mga contests. I'm starting to take cherifer. Sana magkaroon ng effect

nabasa q lahat ng message at lahat ng uminom my side effect, i m so sorry for that nagkataon lang cguro na ganun ang effect ng body nio. ung baby q kasi nung pinainom q sya sobrang laki nia agad, after a week lang nung bigla syang nakita nung kapitbahay namin nagulat kc ang laki daw gad,even my sister in law na kasama q sa bahay nagugulat dahil week lang nia hindi na notice malaki agad, kahit saan q dalin nagugulat sila ang laki daw nung baby, and im proud of dat. wala xang side effect aun matakaw padin and healthy. ubos na nga ngaun wala pa qng pang bili haha.

unbelievable tlaga ang cherifer super thankful aq dto premature kc ang baby q at sobrang liit nia para lag syang manika, worried pa q dahil baka mag mana sakin na maliit dahil 4'8 lang aq. pag nakikita pati sya ng mga tita q cnasabihan na ang iikli daw ng legs ng baby. naaawa tlaga q sa baby q, last week nung nag punta kame sa pedia nia hindi na sya nakilala sabi pa "yan ba ung premature na nag liit liit nung dinala dito problemado pa kami kung ano ipaiinom na gamot jan para tumangkad ngaun ang lakilaki na" sabi ng pedia nia. nung makita naman ng kuya q sabi nia wla ka bang ibang vit na pangpatangkad na maipaiinom sa anak mo, bigla kc ang paglaki nia parang hindi mapigil ang paghaba ng katawan nia. and im so happy beacause of the result. thanks cherifer :)

tama ka nga kc ako almost a year na din umiinum and nung time na nagsstretching ako tuwing umaga, napansin ko na tumangkad ako 1.5 inch, may tanung lng po aq. ilng taon o months ka na nagiinum ng cherifer? kac ako umiinum paggabi sabi din dito sa nakapost doctor daw kc tatay nya. so i used to drink at night ikaw po?

i was also 5'4and i started taking it but almost a year with few month i just gain 1.5 inch but still im taking it and remain hopeful:)

hi. i just started taking cherifer, i think 2 weeks. haha. don't see any effect or side effect yet just like what i expected. i'm planning to take this for 6 months. would it still work for me? i'm now 22.

btw im 18 years old im taking cherifer 4 days ago ..
then i always gained headache..
is this one of a side effect?
ANYway can i grow taller also? im 5'3 in height !

@ Jay, what is the Cherifer dosage for your kids, because I have an 8 and 11 yr old boys, but I purchased the Cherifer for teenager and thinking when to start giving it to them.

Hello, im taking cherifer for almost 2 yrs but i only gained 2 inches from 5'4 to 5'6 and loosing hope, but im still taking it, hope one day ill grow taller for my confidence.

when i started taking cherifer pgm I experienced reflux (heartburn). I'm taking cherifer at night, before bed. Is my heartburn caused by the supplement or just me? And is it effective for me being 19 yrs of age now?

I'm taking Cherifer for teenagers now.. I'm hoping na tataas ako at my age now (19).

Taking any kind of height increaser without exercises is useless.. :)

19 years old po ako. Gusto ko po ung sinabi mo kasi gusto kong tumaba. Kaso nga lang yung cherifer na nabili ay pang 12years old below. Ok lang ba kung i.take ko yun?
