Morning or night???
When you measure your heights remember to always do it at the same time every day. Did you know you are taller in the morning, and shorter in the night... Just try it, when you wake up in the morning measure your height, then b4 going to bed, measure again.
You will see you are much taller in the morning.
Be careful because you might think Cherifers have the desired effect when they actually do not.
Specially here in the Philippines where drugs are not tested properly, they most likely have a bad effect on your body.

When your bottle has "No Approved Therapeutic Claims" It has not been tested and can have very bad side effects. So be careful, specifically when you give Cherifers to you children, they may have an abnormal growth cycle and start growing too early. Like having Early Puberty, weight gain, and hyper activity.
Just be careful, and do your research on the ingredients before you give medicines/Vitamins to your kids.

before going to sleep i recommend 2 hours before your sleeping time and it must be always... example you sleep at 9pm [recommended sleeping time to have maximum height enhancement ] at 7-8Pm you should haved drinked cherifer.

Hi im 14yrs. Old, male first time ko png mag take nito this day lang at napansin ko pagkatapos ko inumin ung cherifer mga ilang minutes sumakit ang tyan ko at nag tar po aki and pasintabi.. Yung poop kopo ay prang mga bula lang at matubig po na kulay brown.. Haha sorry baka na disturb ko kayo :)) then a while i was playing ps3 bigla akng nahilo while drinkng water anu po bang dahilan ng mga effrcts na to? More info.. 13 ako at 5"8 and a half ako. Lagi ako pinapagkamalihang college na hahaha. My dad is siguro 5"8 or 5"7 1/2 tapos mom ko almost 5"4 or 5"3. Lolo ko at tito mga near 6 feet at lola ko 5"6 inches. Im 18 and Im using PGM for a month. Im 5'8 1/2 before using the drug. I never measured again my height till now but I think im gaining weight and height somehow. But when I tried to have a BP test I got a 143/93 BP, is it because of the drug. I am a blood donator before and I am healthy as of now even I have a high BP.

I really hope this vitamin supplement is safe to give for my children as they have been on it for a year now. Kids seem fine, but one of my kids weight is ballooning up. Is this for height or weight?

I've been taking cherifer since i was a kid around 7, at first it was syrup now im taking tablets. I'm 12, 5'6 135lbs with a 5'9 wingspan. I am full blooded filipino. My parents are both short (dad is 5'7, mom is 5'0). My opinion cherifer works, you just need to talk it very efficiently and start early.

Thats not the cherifer working. It's your gradfather's genes. Like you said he is well over 6feet thats probably why your growing as much as you are. That isn't cherifer its just the genes

IM TAKING IT FROM GRADE 6 - 1ST YEAR COLLEGE AS NOW . I SUGGEST TO ALL USER MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE ALWAYS WITH MILK BEFORE YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT . IM 5`8 NOW 16 YEARS OLD .

BUT THE SIDE EFFECT IS I HAVE A LOT OF PIMPLES AT MY BACK PORTION IM SO IRRITATING DURING I SAW IT xD .

ito po kc yan, kapag mag te-take po kayo ng cherifer for teens, dapat po sa umaga at dapat mag stretching po kayo and if may time po kayo mag jogging if gusto niyo po talaga tumangkad... kaya po tumataba ung mga iba kc food suppliment po yan, kapag wala kayo masyado ginagawa na nakakapag papawis, tataba po talaga kayo... maganda po ang cherifer sa mga gusto tumaba at lumaki ang katawan gaya ko, 16 now at 48kg at 5,6'' ... advice lang po, pag sa mga gusto talaga tumangkad, mag stretching po kayo every morning after taking cherifer, reach for the sky or ceiling as much as you can.

Hello po I can attest that cherifer is effective but not quite. From 1.68 m. I grew to 1.70 m. not bad kasi po for the past 6 years I never grew taller and take note I am obese (So hindi talaga ako strict sa diet ko pero I eat fruits and vegetables kung merong nakahain and most of the time fast food ang kinakain ko tapos I only exercise like 4 - 6 times a month) and college student ako so most of the time stressed out ako and I lack sleep most of the time.

Kaya ko rin siya nasabi na not quite, kasi I take it twice a day tapos I drink milk or chuckie 5 - 6 days a week. Pero hey, kung gusto niyo po talagang tumangkad gagastos talaga kaya at gagawa kayo ng paraan kasi po supplement lang yun. Wala pong halong biro itong comment ko :))

Ako po, 16 y/o 5" lang po height ko. Then nag try po ko mag cherifer, mag 3mos. na po nagtrake nun pero, Hindi pa rin po ko bag ggain ng height, pero weight po, opo :(. Sabi dw po sa drugstore na pinag bilhan namen, di dw nmn tlga agad eeffect ung cherifer mga half a year pa daw mkkita ung result. So ayun po, nagttake parin po ko.
