I've been drinking cherifer for 2 weeks now and waiting for results as soon as I finih the whole pack but everytime I drink it I feel dizzy or a feeling of vomiting=/ when I drink oo much water with it? Idk what's going on. Btw I'm 18 and I'm only 4'10:(( I pray it works.

i dont think it will work on you anymore..you are 26 and i think males will stop grow when we reach 21..your friend gained weight bcoz cherifer is also a food supplement with a lot of vitamins, more or less, cherifer has improved your friend's weight not the height... btw whats the age of your friend?

Hi ..im 12 with 5'2 as my height..i started using it when i was 10 but i stopped because i really gained much weight ..and now im not contented with my height and i continue using cherifer pgm .But is it possible that cherifer pgm is the cause of gaining much weight?and wat is the best time to take cherifer pgm.?

I tried Cherifer with my 3 yr old for two weeks now, and simultaneously monitored her height, in just 2 days nag-gain sya a little height then after few days nadagdagan ulit pero ang nakakapagtaka meron times (twice) na lumiliit sya, meaning lower yun height nya compared dun sa last monitoring...para tuloy nagdadalwang isip na ko kung itutuloy ko pa sya...

I have two girls (8,10) and a boy (6) that have been taking Cherifer for about 7 days now. We have a growth chart on our wall and marked them off at pre cherifer. After 7 days, my 10 yr old daughter gained .25 in, my 8 yr old daughter gained .50 in and my son gained .25 in. That's pretty good for only 7 days. I used a carpenters level to get their actual height mark. No BS here. Well actually I dont care what you think as long as it gives results for my family. nuff said!!!This supplement is the bomb!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Teh med student po ako. i suggest u have to stop giving ur child cherifer now kasi hindi po talaga ito safe sa bata. Usually ito po ung makapagdadala ng komplikadong sakit sa kanya. Mas maganda na po na ipakonsulta sa doctor. May mga mas natural at safer pa po na paraan para tumangkad ang bata.

sabi tangkad sagad, sagad meaning tatangakad tayo base sa body structure ng bone natin iyon ang isasagad ng cherifer, hindi na ito madadagdagan pa, pwera nalang kung magpaopera kyo, for 6mo-1year, puputulin ang buto sa binte at dudugtungan ng sarili nyong katawan for 6mo-1year. hahah! galing

pna vitamins q po ung anak ko ng cherifer drops noong 6 months old pa lng sya.at noong nag 1year na sya cherifer syrup na with zinc..pero parang ala syang lakas..madaling madapa..matangkad na ala lakas ng body..at payat..dpat pa bang ipagpatoloy ang pag inom ng anak ko.ng cherifer.now 3 years old na sya..

I've taken cherifer PGM (actually w/ zinc) and the first side effect that I noticed is; I had an appetite to eat even if I'm not hungry. Now, I feet like I'm gaining weight already.

For a month, I haven't noticed any change in height yet.

Also, after a couple of weeks of taking in the vitamins, my skin got dried...:( After the last capsule I have to take this night, I'll think I'll have to stop.

hello im male 15 years old from mindanao. . umiinom napo aq nang charifer noong 12 years old pa po ako. . ngayon ay 15 years old na aq , ako po ay tumaas.. pero parang may side effects . . lumaki po yung ilong ko at nagka pimples po ako . . . dahil po ba ito sa cherifer?

I've been taking cherifer PGM for like a week now...

I don't know but I noticed i gained an inch. I measured my height before taking it and measured it again just now... Im an inch taller!

But I also noticed that I GAINED WEIGHT AND HAVE LOTS AND LOTS OF PIMPLES....

i wanted to stop but i bought the whole box which contains 30 caps. I don't wanna waste it.

BUT HECK! I GAINED AN INCH!
