Side Effects Of Alzolam.0.5mg

I am taking alzolam.0,5mg for the last three years as sleeping pill.now I am having some problem of eye vision, urinary disorder.are these for long use of yhe medicine

I am taking alzolam.0,5mg for the last three years.I have no problem at all, But when i donnot take for one day i feel very uneasy feel unconfortable, what shall i do ,can i use it regular. when i take i feel better and healthy.
