Side Effects Of Altosec 20mg

I have been taking altosec 20mg for 4 days now and its giving me diarrhoea. I see that this is one of the side effects. Should I discontinue taking it. How serious is this particular side effect. Yes I know I should contact my doctor but he is not available right now. Everyone is on holiday. Would appreciate a response. Thank u!

It's not considered a serious side effect, unless it's causing you severe problems, such as making you become dehydrated.

How bad is the diarrhea? Are you making sure to compensate for the fluid and electrolyte loss, if it is medically safe for you to do so?
