Hearing loss has been reported as a side effect of this antibiotic. The FDA also lists that it may cause nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.

However, it would be best to have it checked out to be sure.

Are you on any other medications? What infection is being treated?
