This is a nutritional supplement, not a medication. It is intended to ensure that you are getting enough of these vital nutrients or treat the health problems that occur when you are deficient in them.

As such, the side effect profiles for it have not been studied, as they are for actual drugs. However, some people do report some nausea, after taking it.
