Side Effects Of Ecosprin Av 150

I am 74 yrs. I had heart bypass in Dec 2013. As per advice I am taking Ecosprin AV 150 & Amlopin 2.5 mg one tablet a day.I get a little congestion in throat & also have cough in the sputem. Can it be the side effect of the above medicines ?

Those aren't usual side effects, according to the NIH, they typically include nausea, dizziness, headache, joint/muscle aches, increased risk of bleeding, and easy bruising.

Are you on any other medications?

The Amlopin can cause a dry cough as a side effect.
