how long after discontinuing losareten can i expect my libido to return? i am a 59 year old woman

It could take a couple weeks for things to return to normal.

What medication have you switched to? Most blood pressure and cardiac medications can cause loss of libido, as reported by the FDA, so it's really just a matter of trial an error to find one that works for you, without causing unwanted side effects.

They may also cause nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and hypotension.

Your age may also be having an effect on your libido. Are you post menopausal?
