Sorry to hear about your reaction to Prolia.

Based on my research, tiredness and weakness are actually both listed as side effects of this medication. So yes.. it is possible that this could be the cause of your symptoms. However you should probably also discuss this with your doctor in case you think those effects could've been triggered by something else that you might be taking or eating.
