I take trica 05 daily for 1yr. What ae the side effects? i;m female age55. Im also a migraine patient no other problem

I am 47 yrs old male. Working govt job. During my official writing feel nervous. Some time I am taking tab trika. 25. even though not normal . need treatment &remedy.

my father is dementic and he acts funny sometimes and recently he started asking small kids to hold his organ and play with it. He s started to become a nuisance. it will be difficult for me to live in a society. as the old age homes dont take such patients and i cant afford other professional oldage homes for these kind of people. my gp adviced me to keep him under by giving trika .5mg or alprax 3 does daily. is it alright ?
what will be the effects of these medicines. other the old man is healthy and doesnt take any medicine he is 84 yrs old pls help asap
