Side Effect Of Regestrone

Hi,

I was having heavy and painfuul periods so doctor suggested me 2 regestrone tablets each day for 12 days for 3 months. I have only completed the first month course. Bt this time my period is heavier and the pain has also increased.
Please suggest if I need to stop taking the medicine from next month or it may regularize if I complete the 3 month course?

I m on my 2nd month of regestrone course. Even this time i m having a heavy period with lots of clots.
Please tell me uf this is the regestrone which is causing it.
