Side Effect Of Duvadilan On Fetus

My wife is under the medication of duvadilan for last three days to suppress pre mature labour pain.will it adversely affect the fetus?

Hi Verwon, Iam 34weeks now. I have been experiencing cramps near lower abdomen. It feels like baby is trying to push its way out. Also have muscle pains near leg joints and labia. My gyno suggested me to take duvadilan. I read somewhere that duvadilan has side effects on blood pressure and on baby's organs too. Im skeptical. Please help. Can i go ahead with the medicine?
